Wire frame prototype for "clients cabinet"

I, I`m looking for trustable freelancer team who can do clients cabinet prototype.
It is fully clickable, it is in web based. Full technical design.. so that we can see how it will work.
Your task is to create prototype and technical design (wire frame).
You can do that in Axure or in some other softw, please let me know which would be best solution.
I will give some initial doc with description, but you have to compleate it. for example- log in and passw restore, you create full process for that. The same for all the rest things.
We have 3 weeks to finish project!

- has read project description
-who will send at least 5 links with prototypes what i can see online!!!
-I`m looking for VERY TRUSTABLE freelancer, there for, please tell, what guarantee do you offer that project will be finished on time!!! Positive reviews, words like -I`m trustable, etc,, it is good, but, please offer real guarantees that you will work hard and we will have max result!
-Project is for 3 weeks. There will be updates from client side, some changes. we are looking for best solution. There for, please send your offer for full time 3-4 weeks work. with unlimited changes.after we finish project, still could be some changes, if there will be changes, we will pay extra (after we finish project)
-Please bid if you agree payment terms: I will create 50% milestone at the beginning, in 10 days I will create other 50% milestones. I will release milestones when project is finished!!! No discussion about this! We really have to finish project and I will release miliestones!
--If you are coders, specially working with ravelel, you have additional +, because, after wire frames we will need to code all these things!
p.s. for now I dont have detailed project description, but in one week I will have it! But before I have to find few freelancers with whom I will discuss project in details! Till that, please send your full time offer for 3 weeks!
