Spotify release mailing bot // I have the code I just need it fixed!

I have a bot done for this but it doesnt work properly. I will provide the code to you.
The bot is made inside a website and uses a Lamp Linux server.
It works like this:
It sends an email everytime an artist from my list uploads a new song on Spotify.
I input artists into the list and whenever these artists upload a song the bot sends me an email.
Its important that I can add and remove the artists anytime. And also I can add and remove email adresses where the bot sends the mail.
The change I need is very simple I would like to increase the number of times per day the bot checks for new releases - so it checks every 30min or every hour.
