On Premises Bitrix24 Cron Job (PHP or any other) simple integration

It will be a cron/sync job from an external API to Bitrix24's Deals/Leads/Company/Clients database.
It must run every 10 minutes.
I require the API headers call configuration (or instructions on how to configure), the script to call the API, and the script to insert the headers into Bitrix24.
The machine that hosts the Bitirx24 on-premises runs CentOS on Digital Ocean.
In the admin panel or ui-developer-resources-integration option, it could be script or a specific programming language. Simply retrieve the data from the API and insert it into the B24 table.
