Plugin php/javascript for customize Images Products

Hello everyone,
I need a plugin (standalone - no cms) to customize one or more products with text, images (present in the plugin) or images loaded by the user in layers. Each layer (text or image) can be enlarged or moved or rotated or deleted, the products will have a front and a back, each of these sides can have its own configuration.
I am attaching the image of how the plugin should be.
Languages used of your choice, only there will be:
input: 1 or more product img (including img of the other side ex: back) and set of colors available for each single product
output: all customized products and their images and side (foresee modification of these customized products).
The plugin must have 2 interfaces that I attach (Print, Sell).
We evaluate the feasibility of 100% or part of it
