PHP Laravel built Speech-to-text Web portal

Expression of interest for developers who are familiar with IBMs Watson Speech-to-Text tool. Build a web platform using PHP Laravel framework to build the tool.

The web portal will need to be able to:
1. Transcribe Audio in real-time. The audio can either be transmitted in real time on the microphone or upload prerecorded audio in any of the formats that IBM allows which in this case - (.mp3, .mpeg, .wav, .flac, or .opus only).
2. Transcription will need to have recognized speakers, which means it will need to add labels to identify each speaker. Example us in the link provided.
3. The returned result includes the recognized text, word alternatives, and spotted keywords. Some models can detect multiple speakers; this may slow down performance.
4. UI needs to be clean and properly laid out to show results.
cPanel access will be provided to upload the web portal plus API access.
