Need to update PHP export script to import user profile fields from EasySocial into Keap (Infusionsoft) CRM

We have a Joomla CMS website that uses EasySocial. We are also using Keap (Infusionsoft) as a CRM.
We previously created a custom PHP export script that imports new user account information from our site's database into Keap via API.
We have since changed the user fields and need the export script updated to export/map the new fields. So right now we have 15 user fields that need to be mapped into 15 Keap contact fields. See attached screenshots.
Previous experience with Keap preferable.
