PCB BOARD SINGLE LAYER

Need a redesign for a simple single-layer PCB board that controls a low-watt LED Light powered by a rechargeable Li-Po battery. Please note the required footprint, hole placement, USB placement, switch placement, Light Pos and Neg, Battery Pos and Neg in the PCB Concept 1 file attached. Adjustments to circuitry placement are permissible within the board footprint as necessary. 2 Examples of real world PCBs that accomplish the same result have been attached, in addition to the battery for reference. The battery that powers the unit is Lipo 3.7V 500mAh 1.85Wh. The switch function - Press to Turn on/off. Hold to increase/decrease brightness. Please message for any further clarification.
