Indian Patent Office - prosecution agent

I have a patent application related to IT filed with Indian Patent Office.
The examination request was made and I received an Office Action.
Note that the same patent application has been already granted a patent by:
USPTO, Japan Patent Office, Korea Patent Office, China Patent Office.
I am looking for somebody who:
- Has experience in prosecution / replies to office actions in tech field, with a high ratio of successful results.
- Become my local agent in India (I want to change the current one) and forward to me the correspondence from Indian PO without fail.
- Can draft a professional response to this Office Action and file it for me.
I will provide all the necessary documents and you have to read them very carefully to understand very well the concepts described in the patent application, as an unconvincing, puerile response would not be accepted.
