vMix Setup Assistance for Webinar Streaming

I'm in need of an expert to assist with configuring vMix for a live streaming webinar on Zoom.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in vMix setup and configuration for optimal live streaming.
- Prior experience with live-streamed webinars is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Zoom's live streaming features and requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in vMix, with a deep understanding of all its features.
- Excellent knowledge of live streaming best practices.
- Prior experience working with Zoom for live events.
I know how to set up Vmix to use with Zoom, and I use it all the time with my webcam and PPT, but I cannot seem to get my sound effects audio files to play where the Zoom participants can hear the audio. I have tried everything and cannot get it to work.
