Zoom Webinar Support/Consulting

Our company is running a series of six online lectures targeted at Chinese students, with speakers joining from the US/Europe.

About the event series:
- Each event will likely have 100+ attendees
- One of the lectures will have simultaneous English-Chinese interpretation, and one will involve playing a pre-recorded video

Would like support with:
- Testing the set-up in advance of each event, to troubleshoot any connectivity or other issues.
- Ensuring that the webinar is livestreamed to Bilibili and recorded for post-event editing.
- Attending the online lecture to handle any technical issues, e.g. responding to attendees' technical problems/questions.

Experience required:
- Experience planning and providing technical support for large scale Zoom webinars, including for Chinese audiences.

Nice to have:
- Experience handling simultaneous interpretation in Zoom events
- Currently based in Asia time zone.
