Zoom Webinar Production Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m delivering a 15-hour continuing-education program spread over three live five-hour sessions, and I want to stay fully focused on teaching while a dedicated producer keeps the broadcast flawless on Zoom.
Here’s the flow: before we go live we will meet for one or two short tech run-throughs so you can check my camera, mic, slide deck, and confirm the run-of-show. When the training starts you will be inside the Zoom Webinar host panel handling every technical detail—opening the room, spotlighting speakers, sharing the correct screen, and keeping an eye on bandwidth or audio hiccups so participants never feel a glitch.
During each segment you will cue a mix of media in real time: PowerPoint slides, short pre-recorded demonstrations, and occasional audio or video clips. Smooth cross-fades and audio/visual cueing are essential because the content is accredited and timing matters for CE credit. While the presentation rolls you’ll also watch the chat and Q&A, surface questions at the agreed break points, launch any polls we decide to use, and post quick reminders or links as needed.
If something goes off script—a frozen participant video, an echo, or a slide mis-sync—you’ll troubleshoot instantly without derailing the lesson. Your past experience producing webinars, especially on Zoom, means you already know how to juggle panelist rights, local recordings, and the subtleties of virtual stage management.
By the end of each day I expect a clean cloud or local recording, basic attendance report, and a quick debrief so we’re ready for the next session.
If you are the calm, detail-obsessed producer who can keep a complex training running invisibly in the background, I’d love to hear how you’ll approach the role and a link to similar events you’ve supported.
