Zoom Phone System Configuration

I need my Zoom Phone account turned into a polished business phone system. The priority is to build a virtual receptionist that can immediately answer calls, play a clear custom greeting I will supply, offer recorded information, and then transfer callers to the right extension or voicemail without human help.

Call-forwarding is required as well, but I’m still deciding whether it should be scheduled or always-on, so I’ll rely on your advice and best-practice examples before we lock it in.

You will handle every step inside the Zoom admin portal—creating the Auto Receptionist, setting up call queues if needed, uploading the custom greeting, mapping extensions, voicemail, and designing an intuitive call-flow. I’d also like a quick walk-through (live or recorded) so I can tweak things later without breaking anything.

Deliverables
• Fully configured Zoom Phone system with virtual receptionist live and tested
• Custom greeting uploaded, volume-balanced, and assigned to the correct entry point
• Call-routing rules in place (answer, transfer, provide recorded info)
• Forwarding logic documented and activated once we choose the final schedule
