Zoom Phone Manual Prerecorded Voice Mail Drop

We use Zoom phone. We are looking for someone to create a Zoom App that would allow someone to click a button when they get voicemail and leave a prerecorded message. Ideally select from several prerecorded voice mails. The caller should be able to end the call before the voicemail has completed playing. We are NOT interested in any automated dialing features or ringless voicemail drop.
