Zoom Meeting Scheduler Assistant
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a reliable, entry-level helper who can take complete charge of arranging our internal team meetings. All sessions are created in Zoom, so you should already feel at ease generating links, setting passwords or waiting rooms, and making sure each participant gets the correct dial-in details and calendar invite.
Here’s how the workflow usually looks:
• By Wednesday you’ll collect each team member’s availability (I’ll give you our current template).
• You’ll lock in 3–6 meetings per week, taking time-zones into account.
• Create the meeting in Zoom, copy the invite, and send it to the team with one-click add-to-calendar links.
• Log every meeting in our shared tracker so we can glance at upcoming calls.
• Send a same-day reminder an hour before the call.
Accuracy and prompt communication are more important than years of experience. If you can keep everyone in sync and never double-book a slot, that’s success. Let me know your typical turnaround time for confirming a new meeting and any tips you already use to avoid scheduling conflicts.
