Zoom Class Archiving - Downloading and Uploading Zoom Classes -- 2

We need someone who is very fast at computers to download Zoom class recordings each week during the school semester according to the school calendar, rename the files, and upload them into a Dropbox in a designated archival format. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized. Fast internet download and upload speeds are a must. Minimum download speed 1 Gbps and minimum upload speed 20 Mbps, with recommended upload speed 100 Mbps+. Proficiency in Zoom Account Administration (being able to navigate the login on your browser, find the recordings, and quickly download them is a must. Understanding file renaming, archiving, and drag and drop is a must. Downloading, uploading, and archiving the zoom files will likely take 10-20 minutes a week. The candidate will need to email links to classes if students need to miss a class that particular week. They will need to check the virtual school calendar to make sure the classes take place each week and when.

Qualifications include a possible background in computer administration. Deliverables include downloading Zoom Class Recordings, renaming the files, and uploading them into a Dropbox archive.
