Zoom Audit & Cisco Migration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a seasoned Zoom architect to walk me through every corner of our current deployment and then chart the cleanest path for folding our Cisco video-conferencing systems into it through the existing Hybrid Connector.
Scope of the review
– User management: roles, licensing tiers, provisioning flow, SCIM or SSO touchpoints.
– Meeting configurations: templates, default policies, breakout settings, cloud recording rules.
– Security settings: encryption posture, waiting-room logic, passcodes, data-retention policies.
Once the audit is complete, I want a migration blueprint that shows exactly how each Cisco endpoint will register, what firmware or mode tweaks are required, and how to validate call quality end-to-end inside Zoom Rooms.
Deliverables
1. Written assessment of my current Zoom tenancy with screenshots or exports that back up every finding.
2. Step-by-step migration runbook for the Cisco video systems, clearly referencing the existing Hybrid Connector.
3. Live knowledge-transfer session (60–90 min) so my in-house team can maintain and extend the setup afterward.
Success means zero-touch sign-on for users, flawless video interoperability, and security settings that match or exceed what we have today. If you’ve done this dance before, let’s talk.
