Virtual Assistant for IT Client Meeting Coordination (EST-Based, 10 Hours/Week)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run an IT business offering software development and consulting services, and I need a virtual assistant to manage client meetings. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling client meetings using Calendly or Google Calendar for IT consultations or demos.
- Sending professional invites, reminders, and follow-up emails to IT clients (e.g., developers, IT managers).
- Coordinating across time zones (US, Europe, Asia) for global clients.
- Preparing meeting agendas or materials (e.g., links to software demos).
- Joining Zoom/Teams meetings to take notes or assist with tech setup.
- Following up with clients on action items, like sharing project specs.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of VA or client-facing experience, preferably in IT/tech.
- Proficient in Calendly, Google Calendar, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong English communication skills for professional, tech-oriented interactions.
- Basic knowledge of IT terms (e.g., software development, cloud solutions).
- Available 10 hours/week, with flexibility for EST business hours (9 AM–2 PM EST).
- Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or Trello.
I'm currently planning to hire several people. Even if you don't meet the requirements, if you have even the slightest interest in IT, don't hesitate to apply.
