Virtual Assistant: Scheduling & Fitness Support
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
My goal is to hand off two big areas of my day-to-day life—exercise routines and calendar management—so I can stay productive without burning out. I’m looking for someone who values precision and enjoys nerdy, evidence-based well-being conversations.
Well-being & Intellectual
I’d like short, evidence-based exercise routines that fit into a remote-work lifestyle. Two live sessions on Zoom or Google Meet each week will keep me accountable, and brief daily prompts through Slack or Telegram will nudge me to move between meetings.
Beyond the movements, I value nerdy, smart well-being conversations. You should be prepared to discuss the "why" of different domains of knoweldge. No formal certification is required, but you should have a deep curiosity.
Personal Life Organization
You will own my scheduling and calendar management end-to-end. That means creating a single source of truth in Google Calendar (or a better tool you recommend), color-coding events, adding reminders, handling reschedules before they become conflicts, and flagging any overlaps well in advance. Notion or a similar dashboard can serve as a weekly at-a-glance hub.
Deliverables
- Continuously updated calendar with zero conflicting events over a rolling 30-day window.
- Two live exercise sessions per week plus daily micro-prompts and occasional "nerdy" insights or articles on longevity and health.
- Monthly dashboard summarizing completed workouts, biometric trends (if applicable), and upcoming goals/key dates.
Acceptance Criteria
- Communication: Response time under four business hours on weekdays.
- Quality: Workouts remain varied, safe, and backed by logic or research.
- Clarity: Calendar accuracy allows me to commit at a glance without second-guessing the schedule.
