Technical A/V Management at a private hybrid event

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to set up and technically manage a hybrid event (Memorial Service) in Ithaca, New York on Saturday, July 26th.
Technical Requirements:
- Playing a few videos
- Managing recording/visuals for remote attendees
- Emceeing 2 Way Zoom type communications so that virtual attendees can also be speakers
