Overview
I need a certified court reporter, CSR, RPR, or AAERT-certified, for two short remote depositions by Zoom on July 13, 2026, Central Time. The two sessions run back to back, the first from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and the second from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Both witnesses are located in Illinois, and the reporter must be able to administer the oath to them remotely. This is a live deposition, not transcription of an existing recording.
Scope of work
Appear by Zoom for two back to back deposition sessions on July 13, 2026, the first from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central Time and the second from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Central Time, so that you are confirming availability for both, not one.
Administer the oath remotely to each witness, both of whom are located in Illinois, which is the function a transcriptionist cannot perform.
Mark exhibits and maintain the record during each session, in the ordinary manner of a deposition reporter.
Provide an original certified transcript for each witness, since the certified record is the deliverable, not a rough draft.
Budget
Assumes standard turnaround and an original certified transcript for each party and witness, and that the final figure will track the reporter's per-page rate and the actual page count
