Personal Scheduling & Email Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
I’m ready to hand over two time-consuming areas of my day: my personal calendar and my email inbox. Your core focus will be keeping my schedule accurate, conflict-free, and proactively organized while ensuring every incoming message is sorted, drafted, or answered promptly in my voice.
Scheduling & calendar management
• Own my Google Calendar, adding and updating personal appointments as they arise.
• Confirm times with doctors, salons, trainers, and any other contacts, then set reminders so I never miss a commitment.
• Flag potential conflicts in advance and suggest alternatives before problems appear.
Email & communications
• Triage my inbox into clear folders or labels so only high-priority mail reaches me.
• Draft replies that match my tone; I’ll approve anything sensitive at first, but routine responses should eventually run without my review.
• Send follow-ups when replies are overdue and maintain simple status trackers so we can see what’s pending at a glance.
Tools you’ll likely touch: Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and the occasional spreadsheet for follow-up logs. If you prefer another platform that still plays nicely with Google Workspace, let me know; I’m flexible as long as the workflow stays seamless.
Success for this role looks like:
1. An always-accurate calendar visible on all my devices.
2. An inbox that hovers near zero by day-end.
3. Clear weekly summaries of appointments booked, emails closed, and items needing my input.
If you’re organized, responsive, and can write crisp, friendly emails in fluent English, I’d love to start with a short trial week and grow from there.
