I need you to deliver live online classes that cover Mathematics, Science, English, Accountancy, Social Science, Commerce, and Tamil for learners spanning primary through secondary levels. Sessions will be hosted on a reliable video-conferencing platform such as Zoom or Google Meet, with screen-sharing and interactive tools used to keep students engaged.
Each subject should follow the current school curriculum, but I also expect you to adapt explanations and exercises to suit individual learning speeds. Clear, jargon-free communication is essential because some of the younger students are just beginning to build confidence with academic language.
Please use a structured approach:
• A brief diagnostic test to gauge each learner’s starting point
• A weekly lesson plan shared in advance (objectives, key concepts, homework)
• Short quizzes or formative checks every few classes to track progress
• A concise progress report at the end of each month highlighting strengths, gaps, and next steps
All teaching materials—slides, worksheets, and recordings—must be provided in editable form so I can archive and review them later. Punctuality, responsiveness to parents’ queries, and a supportive tone in class are non-negotiable.
