OF Model Acquisition Agent (Commission-Based Salesman)
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commission-Based Salesman to join our team as an OF Model Acquisition Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential OF models, contacting them, and convincing them to join our platform. You will work closely with us and utilize our resources to reach out to potential models and sell them on the benefits of joining our OF Management Agency.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential OF models through various channels such as Reddit, Twitter, Instagram.
Initiate contact with potential OF models through email, phone, or messaging apps, and build a relationship with them.
Set up a video call with interested models to discuss the benefits of joining our agency and answer any questions they may have.
Provide detailed guidance to potential models on how to be more successful.
Negotiate and close deals with interested models, ensuring they sign up with us and start earning money as soon as possible.
Maintain a detailed record of all interactions with all closed models, including contact information, follow-up dates, and notes on specific needs and concerns.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales or lead generation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with social media, online marketing, and the adult entertainment industry.
Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with models and potential models.
A high level of motivation and a willingness to work independently to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Being able to learn new things fast and implementing them.
No heavy accent
Compensation: This is a commission-based position, with a 10% commission on the models' earnings for the first three months. The position does not include a base salary, and all necessary resources for the job will be provided by the company.
