Investor Relations Manager Needed

I need you to become the front line of our Investor Relations function, with a clear focus on increasing investor engagement. Your day-to-day work will center on setting up and moderating conference calls with current and prospective investors, turning raw financial data into polished presentations for our shareholders, and coordinating follow-up meetings that keep momentum high.

When you create materials, accuracy, clarity, and timeliness are non-negotiable. The core items I will rely on you to deliver are:
• Earnings reports
• Press releases
• Annual reports

Expect to work closely with our finance team so that every deck or report reflects the latest financial performance analysis. You should be comfortable in Excel for deep dives, in PowerPoint (or a comparable tool) for board-ready visuals, and on platforms like Zoom or Teams to run seamless investor calls. Experience with an IR CRM or mailing platform is a plus because I want outreach and follow-up tracked end-to-end.
