Help now to enable ZOOM Virtual Background without green screen -

I need help to enable virtual background in zoom without a green screen - It only allows me pick a background when I select "I have a green screen". I do not have a green screen.

You will need to be able to share my screen screen and "Talk" me through how to fix this - I will not give remote control.
