Full-Time Zoom Interviewer for Insurance Agency
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm in need of a dedicated full-time Zoom interviewer for my insurance agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a professional appearance to put candidates at ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting 2-6 interviews daily, Monday to Friday, between 9am to 4pm central time.
- Each interview will last roughly an hour.
- Following an interview script and using training provided.
Requirements:
- A professional-looking background / workspace that conveys success and credibility on Zoom.
- External HD webcam (not a built-in cam)
- External mic (visible on camera)
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance.
- Prior experience in interviewing is crucial. Experience in Insurance, Human Resources or Customer Service is a plus but not mandatory.
The primary goal for these interviews is to hire anyone eligible, with no limit on the number of hires.
