Develop and Integrate Chatbot for Consultation Booking, HubSpot, and Zoom

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to create a chatbot that automates the booking process for consultations on our website. The chatbot will collect user data (whether they are an individual or business), allow them to schedule a consultation, and integrate with HubSpot for lead capture and Zoom for meeting scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the Chatbot:
o Design the chatbot to ask if the user is an individual or business, and tailor the conversation accordingly.
o Collect user details such as name, email, consultation type, and preferred time.
o Confirm consultation details and send a Zoom meeting link in the confirmation email.
Integrate with HubSpot:
o Capture data in HubSpot CRM, including custom properties for User Type, Consultation Type, Name, Email, and Phone Number.
o Trigger automated workflows in HubSpot for sending confirmation emails and reminders.
Integrate with Zoom:
o Use Zoom API or HubSpot’s native Zoom integration to automatically create meetings and send meeting links.
Testing:
o Thoroughly test the chatbot, HubSpot integration, and Zoom scheduling to ensure everything functions as expected.
