I need a streamlined calendar system dedicated to scheduling client meetings. The core requirement is an intuitive appointment-booking interface that I can embed in my daily workflow.
Key capabilities I’m looking for include:
• Custom time slots – I should be able to set variable lengths, buffers, and blackout periods without fuss.
• Multiple service categories – clients must see clear options (e.g., consultation, follow-up, demo) and choose before confirming.
• User forms with custom fields – each booking has to capture the details I define, not just name and email.
