I need a freelancer whom is able to quickly advise my team and setup the following
1. Leave Policies (Compassionate leave and Medical Leave)
Basically 13 start, increase 1 for every year of employment . Prorated for new employees. Now it shows negative balances probably some error in the setup
2. Setup appraisal cycle see file attached
3. Setup birthday well wishing for all employees and reminders to immediate reporting head
