zoho CRM problem solving - customised report not working suddenly

Hello, I engaged a zoho expert to develop customised report function, it will produce a report from selected data entries in my zoho CRM database, the reports are produced/stored in a website purposely built for this matter. I have been using it for quite some time, but the today the report can not be produced, I would like to get help to find out the reason and trouble shoot.
