Zoho project specialist needed

we are running an exhibition design company with 10 people. We have a task list of 60 -70 steps that needs to be added into a worklflow where 3-4 different people are involved. this is a geberal workflow that must by works as a template for new projects too. New projects will use the same template but have different fixed dates.
