Zoho-ZKTeco Attendance Integration

I need attendance data flowing automatically from our ZKTeco biometric devices into Zoho People. The goal is a seamless, real-time clock-in/clock-out feed that also generates accurate absentee and overtime reports inside Zoho People without manual intervention.

The work involves:
• Connecting ZKTeco biometric terminals through the ZKTeco SDK or web API and mapping every punch to the correct employee in Zoho People.
• Building or configuring the middleware/app that pushes records instantly so managers can refresh Zoho People and see clock events within seconds.
• Enabling daily absentee summaries and overtime calculations based on our existing shift rules already set up in Zoho People.
• End-to-end testing with at least two live devices and a small pilot group to prove data integrity and latency below one minute.
• A short hand-off guide so my internal admin can add new devices or troubleshoot if a device goes offline.

Acceptance criteria
– Real-time punches appear in Zoho People with employee, timestamp, and device ID.
– Absentee and overtime reports in Zoho People match raw device logs for a three-day sample window.
– No duplicate or missing punches during the pilot.

You can leverage Zoho People API, webhooks, or any reliable bridge you prefer, as long as the final setup is stable and documented.
