Zoho Workdrive, Workdrive in CRM and Projects
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need to have the following implemented by JULY 28, 2023! All pertaining to Workdrive:
1. Set list of folders for the firm that will auto-populate in a Client’s Workdrive when selected and a document is saved it to, as opposed to creating folders individually for each client (see attached folder/document type list in BLUE).
Example: When saving a document to a client’s Workdrive, you select from a list of folder names that will create a folder with that exact name in the client’s Workdrive if it does not already exist -OR- an established set of folders and sub-folders with auto-create in a client’s Workdrive when they are moved from Leads to Clients
2. Set list of tags/document types that we can select from to tag a document (see attached folder/document type list under each Blue Heading).
Example: When adding a tag to a document, you choose from an established list of tags that exist for everyone (prefer to appear per folder type, but not required)
3. When searching for a data template and/or tag, it will only search the current client, not all of Workdrive and we need across workdrive.
Example: When you have the folder for a specific client open, any searches will only search folders and subfolders under the selected client. We need to search/filter across clients.
4. A way to search all of a client’s documents in the Workdrive widget on CRM. It only seems to search the folder you currently have open and not any sub-folders.
Example: On the Workdrive widget on the Client’s page, using the search bar will search for any documents in that Client’s workdrive folder or subfolders, not just the currently selected folder.
5. Client numbers, especially for different matters under one client.
Example: When a Lead is converted to a Client, they are assigned a Client Number (e.g. 1578 for Andy X). Any matters for that client are assigned related numbers (Matter 1 is 1578.00, Matter 2 is 1578.01, etc.). When looking at the client’s page, you are able to see their client number near their name and for each Matter, the number assigned to that matter.
