Zoho Webhook Trigger not happening
Budget: $30 – $100 USD
As part of our automation of sales, we have set up a webhook in Zoho inventory, which gets triggered with 2 workflow automation events.
A. Whenever a Sale Order is created or edited, the webhook to our 3rd part API gets triggered
B. Whenever an invoice is created or edited, the webhook to our 3rd part API gets triggered.
This workflow works perfectly when we create or edit the Invoice or Sale Order via the Zoho Inventory Login
We also have a Zoho commerce store setup, but this same workflow is not triggered when an Invoice or Sale Order is Placed via the Zoho commerce store site’s customer checkout.
I will like someone with Zoho integration experience to look into my Zohos configurations and see if something is misconfigured perhaps, or at least points us where we can look.
