Zoho Solution Feasibility Assessment
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an experienced Zoho consultant to sit with my construction-industry team, study our current workflow in Zoho Books, and tell us—clearly and concretely—whether every item on our wish list can be met inside the Zoho ecosystem.
The two non-negotiables are project-wise cost tracking and reliable project progress monitoring. We already rely on Zoho Books, but we are open to bringing Projects, Analytics, Creator or any other Zoho app into the mix if that is what it takes. Cost visibility must drill down to each individual project, not just a broad overview, and the same level of precision should flow through profitability, advances, retentions, RA bills, vendor invoices and dashboard reporting for management.
Your initial engagement is purely advisory:
• Map our existing processes
• Match each requirement to the appropriate Zoho module or custom solution
• Flag any gaps or limitations up front
• Deliver a concise roadmap that outlines configuration steps, data flow and integration points
