Requirements:

- Ability to create predefined scripts for the Chat Bot & Answer Bot
- Knowledge of best practices for customer support and automation
- Strong communication skills to understand my requirements and provide assistance with script creation
- Attention to detail to ensure a smooth and seamless customer support experience
