2 Zoho Reports needed (using data from CRM & Books)

We need two reports created in Zoho, showing how much money we have collected from clients or paid vendors before the client has left on a trip.
We are a small travel company using Zoho. The information on the clients and their trip dates, and customer invoices, are in Zoho CRM. All payments from customers and payments to vendors are in Zoho books.
We 2 reports. The first report will show the total amount collected from every customer who was not started their trip yet. The 2nd report will show the same, but how much money we have paid the vendors for that trip. A trip can have payments to multiple vendors.
report 1:
customer 1 trip name $ amount collected, trip date,
customer 2 trip name $ amount collected, trip date,
$amount total
report 2 will be the following:
customer 1, trip name, vendor name, $amount sent, trip date
customer 1, trip name, vendor 2 name, $amount sent, trip date
customer 2, trip name, vendor 3 name, $ amount sent, trip date
$ amount sent total
By default, the report should show payments for all trips that start after today. (trips that have not started yet). However, we should be able to override this date.
For example, all payments collected for trips that start after may 1st 2022, or all payments collected for trips that start after jan 1st 2023.
Our Zoho CRM has several custom modules to store data for clients, trips, invoices, vendors, etc. Please note that a single trip will have one customer, multiple payments from clients, and multiple payment to one or more vendors.
I believe there is some data from Zoho Books that is being brought over to the CRM. However, you may need to figure out how to bring additional necessary data over from one to the other to properly produce the report.
payment is made when work is complete and accurate. freelancer will be required to accept the project before access to zoho is given.
