Zoho Recruit Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Zoho Recruit to support the optimization and customization of our recruitment processes. This requires a strong understanding of both recruitment workflows and ATS configurations to ensure seamless implementation and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho Recruit as per business requirements
Analyze existing recruitment workflows and identify areas for automation and improvement
Implement custom modules, workflows, blueprints, and integrations within Zoho Recruit
Ensure seamless integration of Zoho Recruit with other tools/systems (HRMS, CRM, job boards, etc.)
Provide end-to-end support including setup, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting
Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for recruitment performance tracking
Train internal stakeholders on system usage and best practices
