Objective:
Develop a *Blueprint in Zoho Recruit* to manage the movement of applicant records from one status to another, with specific tasks to be assigned at each stage.
Scope:
1. Blueprint Design:
- Create a Blueprint in Zoho Recruit outlining each stage of our recruitment process, including all statuses and transitions.
- Approx. 23 statuses and a total of approx. 95 tasks need to be included.
2. Implementation:
- For each status within the Blueprint, establish a list of tasks or actions that need to be completed before moving to the next stage.
- Tasks will be created in the Applicant record as the record is moved from one status to the next. (Task/action details will be provided.)
3. Testing and Validation:
- Ensure the Blueprint functions correctly, with tasks triggering as expected at each stage transition.
4. Documentation:
- Provide a concise guide or tutorial on how the Blueprint works.
- Include clear instructions for making future modifications if necessary.
Deliverables:
- A fully functional Blueprint in Zoho Recruit that includes all stages, transitions, and tasks as specified.
- Documentation explaining the Blueprint setup, functionality, and steps for future updates.
- Testing results to validate proper task triggering and transition functionality.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in creating Blueprints in Zoho Recruit software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and process automation.
