I have a ZOHO Creator Portal, which already has customers. Customers can already create accounts and login. Customers can already create projects. All new steps to be recorded in ZOHO CRM.
Next step is to allow admin and “freelancers”, who are users assigned to projects, to bill customers by projects. Admin will bill the customer for projects as described in the attachment doc.
