Zoho Projects & Invoice: Time Tracking Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with integrating Zoho Projects and Zoho Invoice to improve our timesheet and retainer tracking. Currently, we use Zoho Projects for timesheet purposes as we charge an hourly retainer for our customers.
Scope of Work:
Integration Setup:
1. Configure Zoho Invoice to create and manage retainer invoices.
2. Integrate Zoho Invoice with Zoho Projects to track hours against the retainer invoices.
Feature Implementation:
1. Set up a notification system to alert us when we are nearing the end of the retainer hours.
2. Ensure seamless tracking and reporting of hours worked and retainer balance.
Collaboration:
As we are already using Zoho Projects, we prefer to work collaboratively with the freelancer through shared screen sessions to implement the integration effectively.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience with Zoho Projects and Zoho Invoice.
2. Ability to configure and integrate Zoho applications to suit our specific needs.
3. Strong communication skills for collaborative work via shared screens.
4. Detailed estimate of the time required to complete the task.
5. Willingness to work on a shared screen basis for the implementation process.
6. We are not looking for a candidate to learn on the job.
