Zoho Practice Setup for Small Firm -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a small firm where several of my clients are already on Zoho Books, and I now want to centralise every workflow inside Zoho Practice.
I am using
1. Zoho CRM (client data lives there - including fields that determine client deadlines and recurring tasks)
2. Zoho books (clients accounting data lives there)
3. Zoho WorkDrive (client documents live there)
4. Zoho mail (all client communication)
My data is not that big. Maybe 400 CRM contacts but active clients are probably half of that. CRM and Books are linked, and Books and Practice are linked...but half the fields in CRM are not seen in practice.
1. I need the additional fields to also be mapped in Practice
2. I want to set up auto recurring tasks based on these fields (basically deadlines)
3. I want to have timesheet for my staff to log in their time on the task
4. many of the clients have zoho books. I imported but now there are two clients - one that synced from CRM and other from books - need to merge without losing data
5. I want to make a client portal and link it to the zoho WorkDrive where I already have client files and folders
This is the scope for now.. I think it’s not that complicated except I am not an expert
