Zoho Platform and Billing Integration

I am looking for a skilled Zoho developer to help me create a multi-level rewards platform for enhancing customer loyalty and integrating it with Zoho Billing.
Concept: Multiple Rewards Programs.
Each rewards program will be operated by a major media company.
Each rewards program will have multiple merchants.
Each merchant will be able to list monthly EARN REWARDS specials and REDEEM REWARDS specials - customers can purchase and earn rewards (points) they can then redeem these rewards at participating merchants.
This program is based in PHYSICAL stores.
Customers will have a REWARDS CARD.
A POS process is required. Merchants can check balance of customer card and either ADD or DELETE points.
Integrated Billing - Merchants are charged a flat rate for participating in the program.
They are allotted a certain number of points that they can distribute to customers.
They can also "top-up" by purchasing extra rewards credits.
By accepting points, they are issued program credits.
Phase 1
Demo - Simple card and POS system
A card barcode or QR is produced. Merchant POS can easily recognise the card and determine credit balance.
