Zoho People & Payroll Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need Zoho People and Zoho Payroll configured from the ground up so that my HR and salary processes run smoothly inside a single, cloud-based workspace. The account is already active; what’s missing is the hands-on expertise to turn the blank instance into a fully working system that my team can start using right away.
Scope of work
• Structure the organisation, departments and designations.
• Configure core HR workflows—onboarding, employee self-service, approvals and notifications.
• Activate and fine-tune the Payroll module, including pay schedules, statutory deductions, benefits and year-end reporting.
• Map any fields or templates we’ll need for future imports (no third-party integrations are required at this stage).
• Walk me through best-practice settings for leave, attendance and compliance so everything is audit-ready.
Deliverables
1. A live Zoho People account with payroll fully enabled, tested and ready for first-cycle processing.
2. A short hand-over session (video call is fine) plus a simple reference guide that captures the key settings you applied.
Acceptance criteria
• System generates payslips without errors.
• Employee self-service portal reflects our branding and shows correct personal and leave data.
• All automated emails and approval flows trigger as expected.
