We run a subscription-based meal plan service and are looking for an experienced Zoho One specialist to build a fully integrated system from the ground up. The setup should cover not just CRM, but also core operational functions like inventory, sales, and bookkeeping.

- Payment reminders and follow-ups

- Live stock tracking for ingredients
- Supplier management and purchase orders
- Automated low-stock alerts

- Expense tracking and reporting
- Sync with accounting tools
- Dashboard for daily/weekly operations

- Pull customer data from backend
- Connect with Meta inboxes + WhatsApp
- Set up in-app chat for customer support
- Build (if possible in Zoho) a self-service portal for customers

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience with end-to-end Zoho One implementations
Strong grasp of CRM, inventory, and sales operations
Skilled in workflow automation, API integrations, and reporting
Clear communicator, proactive, and available for ongoing support
