Zoho One Expert (CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics, Automation) – Ongoing Role
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
We are looking for a highly experienced Zoho One expert to work with our team on an ongoing basis.
We’ve been using Zoho for over 4 years and are now focused on optimising, automating, and scaling our systems across the entire business.
This is not a basic setup role — we need someone who deeply understands Zoho and can architect, refine, and continuously improve our workflows and data structure.
We are specifically looking for someone to build a long-term working relationship, not a one-off contractor.
What We Need:
Expert across Zoho One suite (CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics, Projects, etc.)
Strong experience in Zoho Inventory (stock tracking, assemblies, purchase orders, workflows, integrations)
Strong experience building workflows, custom functions (Deluge), and automation systems
Advanced capability in Zoho Analytics (dashboards, reporting, data modelling)
Deep understanding of Zoho Desk (ticketing, SLAs, automation, customer journeys)
Ability to map business operations and align them with Zoho structure
Experience integrating multiple Zoho apps into a single source of truth
Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Scope of Work:
Review current Zoho setup across departments
Map out core business functions and workflows
Optimise Zoho Inventory for production, stock, and order flow
Improve and rebuild automation where required
Build dashboards and reporting in Zoho Analytics
Optimise Zoho Desk for customer support flows
Ensure clean data structure and system scalability
Work closely with our team on an ongoing basis to continuously improve systems
