Scope of Work:
The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive Zoho One ERP ecosystem tailored to our specific operational needs. Key areas of focus include sales, inventory, marketing, financial management, customer support, team collaboration, analytics, security, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
Migrate customer data and configure Zoho CRM for effective sales pipeline management.
Automate workflows for abandoned cart recovery, lead nurturing, and upselling.
Set up targeted email marketing campaigns with Zoho Campaigns.
Design customer journey workflows and integrate with Zoho Marketing Automation.
Schedule and track social media posts using Zoho Social.
Implement customer feedback collection mechanisms with Zoho Survey.
Inventory & Order Management:
Configure bin-level tracking and automate stock replenishment alerts.
Develop fraud prevention measures and validation workflows.
Automate payment-on-delivery workflows and reconciliation processes.
Create visual dashboards for inventory health and agent performance tracking.
Financial Management:
Automate invoicing, payment reminders, and recurring billing with Zoho Books.
Implement real-time bank reconciliation and expense tracking with Zoho Expense.
Develop customized financial reports for management and operational teams.
Customer Support:
Centralize customer issue tracking with Zoho Desk.
Enable live chat and WhatsApp communication via Zoho SalesIQ.
Create tiered SLAs and automate ticket escalations for unresolved issues.
Operations & Workflow Efficiency:
Develop custom applications in Zoho Creator for performance tracking.
Automate task management and notifications in Zoho Projects.
Integrate Zoho Flow for cross-platform automation and error alerts.
Analytics & Reporting:
Set up real-time dashboards in Zoho Analytics for sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
Implement predictive analytics for demand forecasting and operational optimization.
Automate custom reporting for delivery success rates, telesales conversions, and profitability.
Logistics Optimization:
Configure systems for regional stock allocation and real-time GPS tracking.
Optimize delivery workflows and implement IoT-enabled bin tracking.
Partner with third-party logistics providers for seamless stock dispatch.
Team Collaboration & Management:
Configure Zoho People for employee records and performance appraisals.
Streamline recruitment workflows with Zoho Recruit.
Automate employee engagement and feedback processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho One ERP implementation and configuration.
Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and related applications.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient systems.
Effective communication skills for team training and collaboration.
Familiarity with advanced features like Zoho Creator and Zoho Flow.
Experience in data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with high-volume e-commerce businesses.
