Zoho-Microsoft 365 Automation Development

Overview
We are seeking an experienced automation developer to build a complete workflow integrating Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate/Azure) with Zoho One (CRM, Books, Flow/Deluge, Analytics).
Incoming emails contain uniform PDF attachments (fixed template, only numbers change). These need to be parsed, matched to Accounts in Zoho CRM, aggregated into quarterly totals, and used to generate invoices/payouts in Zoho Books.
What needs to be built
Email & File Intake
Monitor a dedicated Outlook mailbox/folder.
Save each attached PDF to SharePoint with a consistent naming convention.
Provide a link to the saved file for CRM.
PDF Parsing (fixed layout)
Extract key fields from each PDF (Unique ID, period start/end, amount, payment date).
Calculate quarter/year automatically.
Return structured JSON for downstream steps.
Zoho CRM Integration
Match Accounts by stored Unique ID.
Create related Receipt records for each PDF.
Aggregate receipts per quarter.
Apply business logic: remove tax, apply commission %, apply association %, compute net payout.
Prevent duplicates and flag late submissions for already-paid quarters.
Zoho Books Integration
Generate client invoices/credit notes showing refund, deductions, and net payout.
Create association bills based on their % share.
Ensure correct GST/tax handling.
Quarterly Automation
At the start of each quarter (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct), process payouts:
For new clients, pay all first-time historical receipts (up to 8).
For ongoing clients, pay only the most recent quarter.
Lock quarters once paid to prevent double payment.
Reporting & Dashboards
Build Zoho Analytics views: client payout history, commission vs association totals, quarterly summaries.
Error Handling
Handle duplicates, missing Accounts, or parsing errors with exception tasks in CRM.
Provide admin visibility for corrections.
Skills Required
Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Books, Flow, Deluge scripting.
Microsoft 365 automation (Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate or Azure Functions).
PDF parsing using regex or lightweight code (no AI required).
Solid understanding of invoicing, deductions, and GST tax workflows.
Ability to deliver a reliable, auditable system with documentation.
