Zoho Inventory Integration & Tracking

I’m ready to move my stock control into Zoho Inventory and need a specialist to get the system production-ready. The priority is tight, real-time inventory tracking and a clean integration with our accounting software (the exact package will be confirmed with you before work starts).

Here’s what I need done:
• Configure all core inventory settings inside Zoho Inventory—warehouses, units of measure, tax rules, reorder points and reporting views—so quantities update automatically from purchase order through shipment.
• Build and test the link between Zoho Inventory and the chosen accounting platform, mapping chart-of-accounts, tax codes and transaction types so invoices, bills, stock valuations and COGS sync without duplication.
• Run sample transactions end-to-end, fix any sync errors and confirm that stock levels, valuations and financial entries match in both systems.
• Hand over a short document (or video) that shows my team how to maintain the connection and adjust key settings in future.

Access to Zoho Inventory (Zoho One) and the accounting app will be provided once milestones are agreed. I’ll consider the job complete when transactions flow in both directions with no reconciliation issues and inventory reports in Zoho match the figures in the accounts package.
