Zoho Integration for Jewelry Auction Business

We are a jewelry business specializing in auctions. We need a Zoho expert to set up a fully integrated system across Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory with automation.

Tasks Include:

CRM Setup & Customization

Review existing custom modules:

Jewelry Auctions

Auction Lots

Suppliers (or Vendors)

Ensure proper relationships (Auctions → Lots → Suppliers)

Zoho Books & Inventory Integration

Sync Vendors (Auction Houses) between CRM and Books

Sync Products/Items between CRM and Inventory

Set up field mapping for custom fields (e.g., VAT number, Auction House details)

Enable two-way sync for contacts, vendors, and products

Inventory Customization

Ensure jewelry-specific fields (Item Name, Category, Images, Certificate upload)

Enable cost price tracking for margin analysis

Zoho Books Configuration

Customize Bills module for auction purchases (fields for Hammer Price, Commission, VAT, FX Rate)

Attach invoices and export documents to Bills

Automation (Zoho Flow or Custom Function)

When Auction Lot status = Won, system should:

Create Bill in Zoho Books (with mapped fields)

Create Item in Zoho Inventory (with basic details & attachments)

Optionally, tag Auction & Travel info

Reports & Dashboards

Auction summary

Item profit/margin

Vendor performance

Training & Documentation
